Georgian Financial Services (GFS) includes the Group’s banking and financial services operations in Georgia through JSC Bank of Georgia and an investment banking arm, JSC Galt and Taggart. Bank of Georgia is a leading universal bank in Georgia, serving a wide range of customers, from mass retail clients to high-net-worth individuals as well as SMEs and large corporations.
Armenian Financial Services (AFS) includes CJSC Ameriabank, a leading bank in Armenia offering corporate, investment, and retail banking services through an omni-channel distribution platform with an ongoing strong focus on digital channels.
Other Businesses includes smaller subsidiaries of the Group, including JSC Digital Area – a digital ecosystem in Georgia including e-commerce, ticketing, and inventory management SaaS, and JSC Belarusky Narodny Bank (BNB), a banking subsidiary in Belarus serving retail and SME clients.
